So, it’s official. Chef and I have begun the 30 day wellness challenge and here’s what isn’t allowed:

No sugar or artificial sweeteners( stevia is allowed and natural sweeteners like honey, thankfully), only one 4 ounce alcoholic beverage per week, no processed or fried foods, only lean meats and low fat dairy, and no fried or fast foods.

Here’s what ia required daily:  20 to 30 minutes of exercise, 8 glasses of water, 3 small, healthy  meals with fistful portions and two healthy snacks, and one cheat meal of whatever is desired weekly.

Let’s see how this goes! LOL
