Yesterday marked the end of week one of our 30 Day Wellness Challenge so I decided to step on the scale and am 2 pounds lighter and chef is 5!  Can anyone say BONUS for being healthy?

With one week under our belt, chef and I have learned a lot together like the right combination of healthy foods together tastes so much better than we inagined, we actually  like Greek yogurt on many items better than sour cream or mayonnaise, pasta free Italian is possible, we need to create a healthy, carbonated beverage to replace soda, we need to develop healthy snacks (like Chef’s amazing  tortilla chips as there to die for), and preparation is key.  Now on to week 2!
